I explore the problem space by gathering context, mapping how experiences work today, and examining the relationships between people, systems and workflows.
I turn research into end-to-end flows and interaction patterns that support real product decisions. I visualize concepts, and work with stakeholders to shape solutions that are both usable and feasible.
I create rapid prototypes to test assumptions and synthesize feedback to prioritize features. It’s a chance to validate an approach, find the technical glitches, and make improvements.
